Deposit Requirement:

A $300 deposit is required when booking a reservation. You can reserve your fishing trip with a major credit card or you can mail a check. However, checks are only acceptable for deposits if received 10 business days prior to your trip. Only cash or credit cards will be accepted for the balance on the day of your trip.

Cancellation Policy:

All monies are 100% refundable if trip is cancelled at least 10 days prior to your scheduled fishing date. Anything cancelled within ten days will result in full forfeiture of deposit.

Weather Related Cancellations:

Unfortunately, the weather is a factor that must be considered when booking any type of fishing charter excursion. Therefore, it is solely up to the captain as to whether or not he feels that the weather will impede the trip. It should also be mentioned that weather reports can change frequently. The captain will contact you the day before your trip to advise of adverse weather expectations. Long Shot Charters will give a full refund on any deposits paid for a trip that must be cancelled due to weather. LSC cannot be responsible for rentals on accommodations or other travel related expenses should the charter have to be cancelled for any reason. LSC is not responsible for items lost or damaged. We would suggest keeping valuables such as phones and cameras in a waterproof bag until ready to use.
